Project Overview
As per our discussion, we propose the development of a Debt Collection Management Platform designed to streamline and digitize field collection operations for organizations such as Banks, NBFCs and Fintech lending companies. The platform will help organizations to manage debt recovery operations efficiently by allowing field agents (riders) to select cases in selected pincode, track collection activities, upload geo-verified proof of visits, and monitor case progress in real time. The system will be built with a secure, scalable architecture and will provide full transparency through audit logs, reporting dashboards, and real-time tracking. The solution will improve recovery efficiency, and provide a centralized platform for managing the debt collection process.

Proposed System Architecture
The platform will consist of three main components: Admin & Operations Panel: A centralized web dashboard for administrators to upload cases, manage clients, agents, locations, commissions, and reporting. Client Portal: A dedicated portal for clients to upload cases, track progress, and monitor collection activities in real time. Field Agent Mobile Application: A mobile application that allows agents to view cases in his assigned area, select cases upto 50 at a time, navigate locations, upload proof of visits, and update case status.

Key features include: • Agent profile and KYC submission • Nearby case listing based on territory • Map-based navigation using GPS • Mandatory proof upload (photo / audio / video) • GPS-based check-in verification • Commission earnings dashboard Commission & Payment Management: The platform will support flexible commission models such as: • Fixed commission per recovery • Percentage-based commission • Tier-based incentive structures Payment confirmation and commission calculation will be managed through the system dashboard. Communication & Notification System: • In-app communication between agents and operations team • Automated notifications for case updates • SLA expiry alerts • Optional WhatsApp and SMS integrations • Call logging functionality Security & Compliance: The system will follow modern security practices including: • End-to-end encrypted APIs • Secure cloud storage • Role-based access control • Full audit logs of all system actions • Data protection and compliance standards

- Project Scope The proposal outlines the scope of work agreed upon between the client and Zero One Infinity Makers (ZOI Makers). Any additional work or changes beyond the defined scope may require a revised quotation or additional charges.
- Payment Terms Payments will be made according to the payment schedule mentioned in the proposal. Work will commence after the initial advance payment is received. Final deliverables may be released after full payment is completed.
- Client Responsibilities The client agrees to provide all required content, images, credentials, approvals, and feedback necessary for project completion in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
- Revisions The proposal may include a limited number of revisions depending on the package or scope defined. Additional revisions or major design/feature changes may be billed separately.
- Project Timeline Estimated timelines are provided based on the current scope and client cooperation. Any delays in approvals, content submission, or changes in requirements may extend the timeline.
- Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final approved deliverables. Zero One Infinity Makers retains the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Third-Party Services Any third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, advertising platforms, or software licenses are not included unless specifically mentioned in the proposal and may incur additional costs.
- Maintenance & Support Post-project support or maintenance will be provided only if included in the proposal or under a separate maintenance agreement.
- Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
- Termination Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payments made for completed work or work in progress are non-refundable.
- Acceptance Approval of this proposal, payment of the advance, or written confirmation will be considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
